As a result, outdoor displays are designed to have a wide viewing angle, typically around 160 – 170 degrees horizontally and vertically.

It may include large – scale advertisements, public announcements, or traffic information. Graphics and images play a more important role in outdoor content to attract attention at a glance.
Usage Patterns
Indoor digital signage is often used for specific purposes within a particular venue. It can be used for wayfinding in airports, for promoting events in a conference center, or for enhancing the customer experience in a restaurant. The usage is more focused and related to the activities of the indoor space.
Outdoor digital signage has a broader reach and can be used for mass communication. It can be used for advertising on busy streets, providing information in public squares, or promoting tourism in a city. The usage is more related to the general public and the flow of people in outdoor areas.
4. Installation and Maintenance
Installation
Indoor digital signage is relatively easy to install. The installation process usually involves mounting the display on a wall or a stand within a building. There are fewer restrictions in terms of space and infrastructure, and the installation can be completed quickly with standard tools.
Outdoor digital signage installation is more complex. It may require special mounting structures to withstand wind and other environmental forces.
